Academic studies have documented what common sense tells us is true. A financially literate employee who feels secure is more productive than an employee ruled by financial stress and uncertainly.
In partnership with two non-profit 501(c)(3) financial literacy organizations, we can design a financial literacy education program that can help the organization and its employees get on the same page and achieve their goals. These programs can be delivered as a participant benefit within the context of your company's 401(k) plan or on a stand alone basis.
